The Lafferde Loop Challenge (LLC) is a Backyard Ultra organized by TSV Klein Lafferde in the picturesque Lengede-Lafferde. Runners face a 6.7 km loop on paved paths, gravel, stone, and through the woods. What makes the LLC special is its focus on personal development: all participants start with a hedgehog badge on their race number and can earn new animal badges based on the kilometers they complete. Participation is by invitation, and interested individuals can apply via email until May 10, 2025.
Highlights
- Participants have 60 minutes to complete the 6.7 km loop, and the competition ends when only one person successfully completes the loop within the allotted time (Last Person Standing).
- A portion of the entry fee goes to benefit the Löwenherz Children's Hospice.
- Accommodation options are provided at the start and finish area, and water, apple spritzer, and sports drinks will be available in the start/finish area.
